Tubing Rules and Guidelines

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: All sales are final. Once booked, spots are non-refundable for any reason.
• Transfers: Changes are allowed until 9 PM the night before for a $5 fee per ticket, subject to availability.
•  Please consider that an alternate date may be sold out and you may not be able to book your preferred alternate date and you will need to choose a different date. There is no guarantee of weather, snow conditions, open terrain or lift openings.  Please consider the risk involved before purchasing. Upon payment you agree to the above terms.

General Guidelines

1. Height Requirements:
   • Single Tubes: Riders must be 42" or taller.
   • Double Tubes: Reserved for a child (36"-42" tall) and an adult (18+ years old). TWO ADULTS CANNOT RIDE IN A DOUBLE TUBE. If you purchase a double tube as two adults you will not be issued a ticket and will not be refunded. 
2. Accompaniment:
   • Under 12: Must have an adult present.
   • Under 7: Must be with a ticket-holding adult.
3. Arrival: Arrive 20-30 minutes early.
4. Everyone on the hill must have a valid session ticket.
5. Riders must sit upright in their tubes.
6. If you miss part of your session, you will not be admitted into the next session for missed time. You will forfeit your time. Please plan accordingly! 
7. If the hill closes due to weather, rescheduling will be offered, subject to availability.

Booking and Ticketing

• Online Only: Tickets must be purchased online as sessions sell out quickly.
• Waivers: Complete waivers for each participant before purchasing.
• Time Limit: Purchases must be completed within 15 minutes or you’ll need to restart.
