Hello, welcome to the Holiday Mountain Oktoberfest.

This is a 21+ event, a valid ID will be required upon entry. All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Holiday Mountain. 

With the purchase of an Oktoberfest Taster Ticket, you will receive one souvenir taster glass. (If a souvenir glass is lost, broken or stolen you can purchase a replacement). This glass, along with a wristband will be your ticket to free samples from beer vendors. 

With the purchase of an Oktoberfest Non-Taster Ticket, you will receive a wristband along with a voucher for a free fountain drink. Please Note: This ticket does not include a free souvenir glass.

By purchasing or using a taster ticket for Holiday Mountain's Oktoberfest, you agree to the following terms:

1. Age Requirement: You must be 21 or older with valid ID to enter.

2. No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

3. Entry & Conduct: Bags are subject to search. No outside alcohol, illegal substances, or weapons are allowed. Disorderly behavior may result in ejection without a refund.

4. Alcohol Consumption: Drink responsibly. Overconsumption may lead to service refusal. No re-entry allowed.

5. Photography Consent: By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

6. Liability: The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Attendance is at your own risk.

7. Event Changes: The organizers may alter the event schedule or venue. If canceled, refunds will be issued as per the stated policy.

8. Compliance: Follow all applicable laws. Violation of these terms may result in ejection without a refund.
